Call and you will get Dr. Loschen. Send a message and you will get Dr. Loschen, in writing, usually within a business day. If phone calls are the difficult part — and on a hearing practice's website that is not an unusual thing to be — use the form. Nobody will ask you why.

You do not need to know what you want. “My old office closed” or “my hearing aids stopped working” is a complete message.
